Age & Weather Deterioration on
Highway Garage Roof & Walls

The Furnace Room is a source of Rain Water Infiltration to Highway Garage Floor.

The current Records Storage Room is an addition to the original building.  Age & Weather has worn the block and roofing such that they are not watertight.  Records are lost and damaged to water and mold.

Inside the Records Storage Building, the tight quarters and water damage are in the ceiling and floor.

The current Town Hall has an open floor plan with one shared office, meeting room and court room. Space is too small to accommodate needs of the Town Court, Supervisor and Board, Clerk, Treasurer, Historian, Assessors, Planning Board, Water District, and Parks and Recreation Staff.

Interior of Highway Garage has concrete and dirt floors, rotting roof sections, small shared office and break room, and single toilet to service both the highway garage and Town Hall.
